~ Food for thoughts ~

Per our ancient pinoy "too-too" superstition, gown shouldn't be worn before The Day... but in this “fast-pace” hi-tech world we live in, we don’t entertain much the thought of it but in the positive way (for baby’s costume, the fun and cute side of it). Otherwise, Americans, Europeans and others “forfeit” this “too-too” and yet billions of them got married, living happily and even happier than who passed and believed the “too-too” superstition. Academic schools are introduced to comb out “too-too” from our heritage and culture. (though historically, it's unique but we have the freedom to follow it or not). Lastly, Only God’s Will (with the help of our own efforts) dictates our destiny, not “too-too”, not witchcraft,  not fortune-telling, not Nostradamus and etc. Yes, God’s Will...

If Nostradamus see the future during his time, he could have been the richest and the most powerful man in our planet (good or bad). He could have won "big game", "lottery" and other "games of chance" which provide lotta money for him or to help others. Nowadays, if his writings are valid and perfect, we could have saved a lot of great leaders who were being assasinated or died in incurrable deseases, saved a lot of nations due to outbreaks/calamities and we could have saved the lives of the 9-11 victims. Why is that, that the interpretation is issued or found after the fact, not before the fact? Should these smart "Nostradamus" interpreters be held liable for not warning us and the authorities? The world shouldn't be hostaged on false prophesies and predictions... He couldn't even predict which of his own two sons who could live longer. Now, isn't it weird to predict the lives of others he didn't even know but couldn't predict the future of his own loved ones and self? Could it be that he found an ancient book or something and claimed it as his own? Could it be that he was too facinated on the "Book of Revelation"? There are three things that could be either true... 1) He's a physical/mental "time traveler" (someone with extraordinary senses), 2) He found/study/revised an ancient book and claimed it as his own, and 3) Salesmen jumped in to sell his books (business-related, money machine). More likely, it's the "best-selling" idea:) Awoooo!!!
